1. Use of the Bot
- You must have a valid Discord account.
- You are responsible for your interactions with the Bot and any content you submit.
2. User Data
By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and storage of the following:
- Your Discord User ID
- Message timestamps of when you use commands (for cooldown tracking)
- Your card inventory and in-game progression
- Optional cosmetic settings (e.g., equipped banners, badges)
- We do not collect sensitive information such as passwords, email addresses, or payment details.
3. Prohibited Behavior
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Bot
- Using unauthorized automation or bots
- Attempting to modify or access data you do not own
- Harassing other users through Bot features
4. Availability
- We may update, disable, or remove the Bot at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of data, cards, or progression.
5. Termination
- Users who violate these terms may be permanently banned from using Nien.
